Delivery & Dispatch Information

At 4 A Better City, we strive to make receiving your fresh, healthy produce as convenient as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery and pick-up options:

Delivery Options For Subscriptions

Delivery Frequency: Choose between weekly or fortnightly delivery to suit your needs.
Timing: While we aim to deliver your box the very next day, please allow up to two business days during busy periods.
Subscription Deadline: Subscribe at least one business day before your preferred delivery date to ensure timely service.

Please note that we do not offer deliveries scheduled for specific days of the week, and while we endeavour to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee delivery times or supply.

Shipping and Addresses

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the Wellington Region only.
Delivery is $9.00 to the Wellington region, and $15.00 to the rural Wellington region.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address. We are not liable for mis-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Pick-Up Option

Prefer to pick up your veggies? No problem! You can collect your box from our location in Upper Hutt — absolutely free of charge.

At checkout you can select either Tuesday 4pm or Thursday 4pm.

We will notify you via email when your purchase is ready for collection.

Subscription Flexibility

We believe in keeping things simple and stress-free for our subscribers. That’s why our subscriptions come with no fixed-term commitment.

Skip or Pause Anytime: If you need a break or want to skip a delivery, you can easily manage your subscription. Simply make changes before your scheduled delivery date.
Full Control: Adjust your subscription to fit your lifestyle without any hassle.
